BREAK
RUMINATION

WELCOME IN THE WORKSHOP!

Hey there!

Looking forward to meeting you (again) in the workshop ‘Break Rumination’ where we will explore techniques to break free from ruminating thoughts.

In your work, engagement is key. It drives performance, sparks creativity, and boosts productivity. Feeling emotionally connected to your tasks and organization strengthens loyalty and enhances your overall well-being. However, emotional involvement can sometimes tip into over-involvement, leading to worry, especially when challenges and changes stack up quickly. That’s why it’s so important to have effective strategies in place to manage these thoughts.

During this interactive workshop, we’ll bring these thoughts to the surface and introduce practical techniques—like anti-worry activities and brain twisters—to help you manage them.

To make sure we understand your challenges properly (before we start), we ask you to answer 4 short questions.

SOMETHING TO TRY ALREADY...

TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR WORRYING THOUGHTS

Telling yourself to stop worrying rarely works—it’s like trying not to think about a white bear. We often worry at the worst times—during work when a deadline is near, with friends, or when we’re trying to sleep. The more we fight it, the more it takes over.

What if you could schedule your worry? By setting aside a specific “worry time,” you take back control. During this time, write down every worry that comes to mind. This gives your thoughts structure, making them easier to manage. Limiting your worry to a set time reassures your brain during the rest of your day, knowing you have time reserved to deal with it.

Excited to learn more? We’ll dive into techniques like this in the workshop!
