You are registered for the disconnection keynote and workshops on April 25th!

We kick-off the day with the keynote “Unplug to re-connect”, where we discover the 3 forms of disconnection —digital, psychological, and emotional— that enhance focus (during work) and mentally disconnect from work (outside working hours).

After the kick-off, the group will be divided into separate workshops to delve deep into psychological disconnection, focusing on how to optimize recovery to strive for a better ‘Work-Life Balance’, and emotional disconnection, centered around ‘Letting Go’, to create more emotional distance from work by managing thoughts and feelings about work.
