UNPLUG TO RECONNECT

NICE TO HAVE YOU IN THE TEAM WORKSHOP!

Great to have you with us!

A heavy workload, tight deadlines, and high expectations can sometimes feel overwhelming. The pressure to perform is often tangible, and a deep breath or pushing through won’t solve it when work pressure consistently disrupts your work-life balance. It not only impacts your well-being but also the quality of your work and productivity.

In this training, we explored how to better understand and manage work pressure, with the aim of both improving performance and disconnecting. We shared practical insights on the causes and effects of work pressure and provided effective strategies to handle it more effectively.

We wish you the best of luck applying these tools in practice.

WORKSHEET

THE BALANCE SNAPSHOT

The words ‘work’ and ‘pressure’ are increasingly being mentioned in the same sentence. However, work pressure doesn’t always have to be something negative. When there is a balance between our work demands and resources, work pressure can actually motivate us.

But an imbalance can also arise between your capacity to cope and the demands placed on you.
