FIND BALANCE

STRATEGIES FOR A HEALTHY WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Hey there!

We will meet (again) in the workshop ‘Find Balance’. In this workshop we explore your current work-life balance snapshot and provide concrete techniques to bridge the gap between work and personal life.

Every day, we are bombarded with an abundance of information—work deadlines, chores, a dentist appointment, work pressure, and more. Our schedule sometimes feels like a game of Tetris. In our modern society, where work demands and responsibilities often increase, balancing work and private life can be quite a challenge.

However, a healthy work-life balance has a positive impact on both our productivity and well-being. It allows us to approach work with greater enthusiasm and energy while also having enough time for personal growth, recovery and nurturing important relationships.

To make sure we understand your challenges properly (before we start), we ask you to answer 3 short questions.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT ALREADY...

OPTIMAL RECOVERY: It's not
what YOU INITIALLY THINK...

If you want to recharge, you don’t necessarily need to ‘rest’ in the usual sense of the word, like lying down with your eyes closed.

What’s actually most important is that during your rest period, you tap into a different energy source than the one you’ve just been using. 💡

If your work involves staring at a screen all day, then exercising or chatting with a colleague is a better break than scrolling through Instagram.

And if you’ve spent the en:re morning being social at a networking event, having another chat at the coffee machine in the afternoon won’t help you recharge.

Just like you wouldn’t go play tennis as a break aTer running 10 km.

Want to learn more about the different energy sources that can recharge you? Well, make sure you don’t miss the workshop!
